Robert Hunter Biden is a successful lawyer, businessman, investor, social activist, and the second son of the 46th President of the US, Joe Biden. Born in 1970 in Delaware, Robert Hunter, together with his father and his elder brother Beau Biden, Hunter lived a devastating tragedy in 1972 when the boys together with their mom and newborn sister got into a car accident which killed their mom and sister. Beau and Hunter survived and went on with their life studying and being involved in public activities of their father, namely a lot of voluntary work. In the mid 1990s Hunter graduated from a law school and started a career as a lawyer. After working for a few years in various business structures, in 2001 he was appointed by the President George W. Bush to become one of the directors of the National Railroad Company. In 2009, when his father became the Vice President of the US, Hunter Biden started being engaged in various ventures related with investments or charity, which were later on questioned and investigated by the government of Donald Trump. In the late 2020 Hunter took part in his father's Presidential campaign and helped Joe Biden to come to success. Hunter Biden was married to Kathleen Buhle and has 3 daughters with her, but the couple divorced in 2017. He also has a son with a woman he once met in Washington. In 2019 he got married to Melissa Cohen, a movie director, and they have a baby son Beau. Natalie Biden is his niece, and Hunter Biden II is his nephew.
