Paul Mescal is a TV actor of Irish origins known to the general public by his roles in TV series Aftersun and Normal People. Born in 1996 in the Eastern Ireland, he grew up in the city of Manooth and attended the National Academy of Dramatic Art in Dublin where he studied drama. He started his career by appearing on stages of some theaters in the capital city and in 2020 he debuted as a TV actor in a miniseries Normal People. In 2021 he joined the cast of his first cinema movie, The Lost Daughter, and then continued to take part in filming such movies as Afterfun, Foe, All of Us Stgangers, etc. In 2024 he hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live, a cult show in the USA. Paul Mescal plays piano really well, and he is very close with his sister Nell Mescal who is a singer and songwriter.
